What is "Full-Service" Management?
Full service management means we handle your Amazon account end to end, not just one piece like advertising. We manage advertising, catalog health, listings, and day to day account needs so your business stays hands off while removing bottlenecks that slow growth. Creative services are included when needed, based on your brand and goals.
How is your agency set up? Who am I actually working with?
You work directly with me. I handle all strategy, decisions, and client communication. I have one to two experienced team members supporting execution, but there are no account managers or handoffs. The person you speak with on onboarding is the same person managing your account.
How is pricing structured?
We use a flat monthly engagement fee based on your catalog size and advertising spend. All pricing is discussed upfront. No hidden fees.
How long are your contracts?
While, many of our clients stay with us for years, we work month to month. There are no long term contracts. We earn the relationship each month by delivering results, which is why many clients stay with us long term.
How often will I receive updates?
We meet twice a month by phone or video. Between calls, we stay in ongoing communication through email or Slack, always directly with me.
Can I get started right away?
Possibly. I limit the number of clients I work with so I can stay directly involved in every account. If I have availability, we can usually get started within a few days. If I’m fully booked, I’ll be upfront about timing before moving forward.
