This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to our clients’ ecommerce accounts, including limited data associated with marketplace customers where access is required for authorized services.
1. Information We Access and Collect
We collect and access only the minimum information necessary to perform authorized services. This may include:
Business contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and company name
Seller account identifiers such as Seller ID, Marketplace IDs, and brand-related account information
Operational and performance data from authorized ecommerce platforms, including listings, inventory, advertising data, and support case details
Limited marketplace customer information (such as order-level contact or fulfillment data) only when required for account support, troubleshooting, or compliance purposes and only through authorized platform access
We do not independently collect marketplace customer data, and we do not access customer information unless it is made available through the ecommerce platform as part of normal account operations.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used solely to:
Provide requested consulting, account management, and operational services
Access and manage ecommerce platform accounts with explicit client authorization
Support order resolution, account health, and compliance matters
Communicate with clients regarding account performance and required actions
Maintain security and comply with legal and platform obligations
We do not use seller or marketplace customer data for marketing, profiling, or resale purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade information.
Information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

With ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, strictly as part of authorized account access and platform workflows

Any access to marketplace customer information is limited, purpose-driven, and incidental to providing authorized services.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure. These safeguards include controlled access, authentication requirements, secure communications, and internal access restrictions based on role and necessity.
Access to ecommerce accounts and related data is limited to authorized personnel and occurs only with client approval.
5. Data Retention and Minimization
We follow a data minimization approach:
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to perform services or meet legal obligations
Marketplace customer data is not retained beyond operational necessity
Account access is revoked upon service termination
Clients may request deletion of retained data, subject to legal or contractual requirements
6. Incident Response
If a data security incident involving accessed information occurs, we will promptly investigate, take appropriate corrective action, and notify affected parties as required.
7. Authorization and Account Control
We access ecommerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, only with explicit client authorization. Clients retain full control over their accounts and may modify or revoke access at any time.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party ecommerce platforms. This Privacy Policy governs our handling of information accessed through those platforms and does not replace or modify the privacy policies of Amazon or other providers.
